Slime it: Slime Game Simulator(mod)Function introduction

DeNA and The Pokemon Company are working together on the next Pokemon mobile game. This information comes as a result of DeNA's recent investor briefing where it was made clear that the partnership had been fully agreed and that a speculative March 2020 release date had been pigeonholed for the project.

This isn't the first time that DeNA have worked with Nintendo, they handled development of most of the larger Nintendo mobile properties: Miitomo, Super Mario Run, Fire Emblem Heroes, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. They're also attached to the Mario Kart Tour project, which we're all very excited about.

DeNA: teamed up with Pokémon Co. to release a smartphone game by March next year. More to be announced when appropriate. pic.twitter.com/8XjhyOmebw— Takashi Mochizuki (@mochi_wsj) May 10, 2019
The source of the information, tech reporter Takashi Mochizuki, added that Pokemon Co. doesn't have the same pricing philosophy as Nintendo. In a posted quote it was stated that Nintendo follow the belief that a lower point of entry will minimize any backlash from consumers, thus preserving the brand. The Pokemon Company and DeNA's pricing intents appear to be starkly different, with the CEO of DeNA stating that they are 'counting on' revenue from the upcoming game.

What could a new Pokemon game look like on mobile? While many would prefer a more traditional adventure title for handsets, Nintendo are unlikely to move core series outings away from their own platforms. Personally I'm hoping that the team will use their experience with the Fire Emblem franchise to create an experience which is close to 2012's Pokemon Conquest game.
Of course we reviewed Pokemon Conquest when it launched! We declared 'More Pokemon spin-off delight as Pokemon Conquest proves an entirely enjoyable ordeal' and awarded the strategy game a Silver Rating.
Regardless of what form the title takes, we have little to go on outside of speculation at the moment. We'll be keeping our eyes peeled for updates, however, so it is well worth checking back with us as more information becomes available.
Looking for the latest news on upcoming games?
Around three weeks ago, Pokemon Masters held its first egg event that allowed players to get a variety of Bug-Type Pokemon to pair with the main character. Now, the second of those events is underway and this time it will focus on Rock-Type Pokemon.

This event will run from today until 25th August, giving players plenty of time to grab themselves a few new partner Pokemon. The Rock-Types that are up for grabs include Aerodactyl, Kabuto, Onix and Geodude. Of those Pokemon, the two fossils – Aerodactyl and Kabuto – have a chance of being Shiny.

To get these Eggs, players will have to compete in a series of battles that range from Normal to Super Hard in difficulty. The rewards will include these Eggs among other training items. There will also be several missions to complete on the Poryphone relating to this event, which will net players various training items and eggs that guarantee an Aerodactyl or Kabuto for beating designated areas a set number of times.

During the event, players will also be given an additional incubator for free, meaning you'll be able to hatch more Pokemon without having to spend money for those slots. The chance of receiving an egg as a reward will increase if you use certain Sync Pairs such as Player Character or Rock-Type duos.

Finally, to coincide with the event, Brock and Onix will have their Sync Grid expanded, giving players more control over the build of this duo. On the Spotlight Scout front, Olivia and Kukui and their respective Lycanroc will have their own scout where you'll have an increase chance of getting either Sync Pair.

Pokemon Masters is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
Looking for a more traditional RPG experience to play on your phone? Here are 25 of the best available for iPhone and iPad
Brace yourself for endless pandemonium and total destruction as iDreamSky’s latest release Buddyman Run hits the app stores.Ask any developer what the secret is to a truly fun and addictive endless runner and they’ll tell you “keep it fast and simple” - a philosophy that’s clearly on display with Buddyman Run as you run and shoot your way through over 150 zany missions.

You may remember Buddyman from previous titles in the series as the cute stress relieving punchbag that can take a real kicking and still keep coming back for more. But this is no longer the case as Buddyman has now taken up the role of a hero who deals out his own brand of punishment and mayhem on the world around him.

The game gives you 8 Buddyman characters to choose from, including the original Buddyman as well as 7 others with their own unique attires, including a pirate, astronaut, chef, commando and wizard - each wielding their own unique weapon that you use to take down obstacles as you blast through each level.

The game’s developer iDreamSky are confident that Buddyman Run, its third worldwide release, will be a big hit – and even have a special Olympics themed update lined up for the game.

V4, the online MMO from Nexon, has received a new update which adds the long-awaited assassin class into the game on iOS and Android platforms.

The Assassin class is a deadly melee character who uses two chained daggers as a weapon. They can attack at a high range using chains to reach enemies quickly. The Assassin has six skills to use, and furthermore, Assassin gear has been added to Item Sets.

To coincide with this new addition to V4, new event dungeons have been added to the game. The event period lasts from today until the end of February and features the Scholar’s Paradise I and II event dungeons, which each have their own requirements. To access the first one you’ll need to be between levels 22 and 70, and if you’re over level 70 you’ll qualify to enter the second Scholar’s Paradise event dungeon.
"What is your idea?" he asked.

The simplistic and minimal White Ninja by Sironin Games is now out for your playing pleasure on iOS and Android.

The long and short of it is: you play as two ninjas protecting your masters from a barrage of falling apples. Where the apples are falling from? Who knows – we don't ask these sorts of questions, but you've got to protect them anyway.

Yes, it's definitely a pick-up-and-play game, ideal for playing on the bus or train to make the time go a little faster before you can get home, slip into your PJs, and binge-watch a series of Friends…did I say that out loud?

The controls are simple, using either your thumbs or fingers to tap on the left side of the screen to control the left ninja, and the right side of the screen to control the right ninja. Easy peasy. Just mind those twitchy, trigger fingers when the speedier apples start falling, otherwise you'll be out of the job.

Grab White Ninja now on the App Store or Google Play, free to play.

We must make friends in prosperity if we would have their help in adversity.
"Yes, we are, dearie. Thank goodness, we can choose our friends. We have to take our relatives as they are, and be thankful if there are no penitentiary birds among them. Not that I've many-- none nearer than second cousins. I'm a kind of lonely soul, Mrs. Blythe."A LOVER'S COMPLAINT

Pendulo Studios has announced a follow-up to its dark thriller Yesterday. It's called Yesterday Origins and will be coming to iOS and Android.

It'll be a point-and-click adventure as with the first game, but this time it'll be realised in 3D. The cartoon look of the first game (and Pendulo's other games) will be retained, apparently, so don't worry about that.

Pendulo also noted that you'll be able to enjoy the story of Yesterday Origins even if you haven't played the first game.

"It continues the adventures of the hero, John Yesterday, in the modern age simultaneously with the linked events of the Spanish Inquisition period," writes Pendulo.

Unfortunately, that's all we know about the plot of the game for now. Let's just hope that it holds together better than Yesterday's story did.

Our reviewer described it as being "as dark as a summer's day and as funny as a kick in the teeth. The puzzles are poorly designed and the story barely even makes sense."

So, yeah, not the best. We'll find out how Yesterday Origins holds up when it comes out in 2016.
